I am a thirty-seven year old retired Veteran, who has been diagnosed with severe mental illness. I had considered keeping a journal of my progress for quite some time. Document what helps, what doesn't, what triggers, etc... I decided to post this online in hopes that it may reach out and help at least one other person.
As far as my diagnosis goes, I firmly believe that working around specific symptoms is much more effective than treating a "label"
I would list my symptoms, but honestly do not even know where to start. I have many hobbies and interests including digital art, photography, sewing, cooking, and I am a bit of an aquarium fish enthusiast, I hope that you find some of my blogs helpful. Please feel free to comment on your own experiences.
